Soft play provides a safe, engaging environment for young children to develop physically, socially, and cognitively. By offering padded, interactive play structures like slides, tunnels, and ball pits, it encourages active movement that strengthens gross motor skills, coordination, and balance. It also fosters problem-solving, creativity, and sensory development while promoting social skills like sharing and cooperation. Soft play reduces the risk of injury compared to traditional playgrounds and gives children the opportunity to release energy in a controlled space. Overall, it supports healthy physical activity, emotional growth, and positive social interactions, making it a valuable experience for children's overall development.
In the event of inclement weather or rain in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor set up option, to reschedule your event, or offer a credit to your account that can be used at a future event.
Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after all of our events. The cleaning product we use is called "CleanSmart" disinfectant. It kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria on toys and contains no bleach, dyes, or harmful chemicals.
In the event that you would like to cancel your event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded back to you if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the event. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the event, your deposit will be forfeited. You can chose to reschedule for another available date in this event as well.
Our equipment can be set up both indoors and outdoors based on weather conditions and ground conditions (must be dry/drained/level). Outdoor set ups must be on a flat dry and clean surface! We do not set up on dirt, gravel, sand, or any uneven surface. We prefer setting up on cement or grass.
There is a $150 refundable security deposit that does not go towards your full balance. The deposit will not be refunded if the equipment is picked up damaged, dirty, wet, stained, or not inside play area. All balls must be back inside the ball pit area at the time of pick up. Equipment must be picked up in the same condition it was dropped off. Failure to apply to these rules your deposit will not be refunded.
Animals are not allowed near or on our equipment at any time during the rental. No food, drinks, face paint, shoes, or pointed objects are allowed either. Failure to follow these rules will result in your security deposit not being refunded. The play area allows 10-12 children maximum at a time. Children often take turns and go in and out of the soft play area.
Our soft play equipment is best fit for infant crawlers to age 5! We do ask to please respect the age range as the equipment can become easily damaged if not.
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms. A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be refunded after the equipment is returned clean and undamaged. Full payment is due before the event. Our team will handle the setup and takedown of the soft play equipment, which must be placed in a clean, dry, and hazard-free area. Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure safe play, as we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur. The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period and will be liable for any damage or excessive mess beyond normal use. A cleaning or damage fee may apply if necessary. We are a fully insured company, but renters are responsible for ensuring a safe play environment and adhering to all safety guidelines.
